Mr. Ross is a serial entrepreneur, investor and Director with over 25 years of experience in senior level roles at multiple consumer product goods companies. Over his tenure, Mr. Ross has developed a broad and diverse network of retail contacts at senior management levels across North America. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge from leading Start-ups to public companies and adds corporate governance experience from both Public and Private sectors.

Patrick McCullough

Previously, Mr. McCullough was the Chief Commercial Officer for InterHealth Nutraceutical Incorporated where he doubled sales and EBITDA in two years after joining InterHealth and increased share and profitability of primary brands, capturing a 10% market share in the joint care segment. He also led the commercial team in the divestiture to Lonza in 2016 for $300 million and helped establish a strategy and organizational structure for the combined company.

Prior to joining InterHealth, Mr. McCullough worked for Corr-Jensen, where he successfully developed and implemented a strategic business plan to introduce and expand Corr-Jensen’s specialty line of products to the U.S. mass market segment.

Mr. McCullough was also the President of Natrol Corp, a $100 million organization, where he led a 250 person organization and increased EBITDA by $10 million in one year.

Mr. McCullough holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, with a concentration in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Al Baumeler

Mr Baumeler served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for HNS Global before joining Synergy CHC in 2015. He was Chief Marketing Officer at Natrol where he oversaw Marketing, Sales, and New Product Development in a portfolio that included vitamin supplements and sports nutrition brands. Prior to HNS, he was Vice President of Marketing at Rexall. Prior to Rexall, he held various leadership positions in Marketing with Novartis, Wyeth and Reckitt Benckiser. Mr. Baumeler received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Jaime Fickett

Ms. Fickett oversees all aspects of Synergy’s Finance and Operations.  An accountant with over 17 years experience and a strong background in auditing, she handles all the financial reporting and logistics.  She has been with the FOCUSfactor brand for over ten years.  Ms. Fickett received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Maine and is currently enrolled in a Masters of Science in Accounting program.

Mr. Paul SoRelle, age 58, is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors to hold such position until the Company’s next annual meeting of its’ stockholders or until his successor(s) are duly elected and qualified. Since November 1999, Mr. SoRelle has been the CEO and Managing Partner of Pioneer Press of Greeley, Inc., a commercial offset printing company. Prior to joining Pioneer Press, Mr. SoRelle worked in the gaming business as well as the retail gasoline and convenience store business.

Mr. Stephen Fryer, age 76, as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, to hold such position until the Company’s next annual meeting of its’ stockholders or until his successor(s) are duly elected and qualified. Since April 2003, Mr. Fryer has been the CEO and Managing Partner of SC Capital Partners, Inc., a private micro-market investment banking and private equity intermediary. Prior to joining SC Capital Partners, Inc., Mr. Fryer was a consulting investment banker with Grant Bettingen, Inc., a broker-dealer based in California, from January 2001 to March 2003. From May 1989 to August 1997, Mr. Fryer was the Principal and Managing Director of Ventana International, Ltd., a venture capital and private investment banking firm with operations and investors in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Fryer earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Southern California.

Gale Bensussen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kingdomway USA a wholly owned subsidiary of Kingdomway Group Companies which is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Mr. Bensussen led Kingdomway’s acquisition of Doctor’s Best one of the internet’s leading nutritional brands, Vit-Best Nutrition a contract manufacturer of dietary supplements, as well as, investments in leading sports nutrition brands including ProSupps and Labrada. He is also an advisor to North Castle Partners a private equity firm focused on Healthy Living, Aging and Sustainability.

Previously Bensussen was a founder and president of Leiner Health Products which became one of the world’s largest manufacturers of nutritional supplements and over-the-counter drugs. During his 32 years with Leiner he participated in a leveraged buyout, public offering and managed the transition to private equity ownership and a series of recapitalizations. At Leiner he led more than a half dozen acquisitions and numerous joint ventures. Internationally, he negotiated and was responsible for the building the first American owned dietary supplement manufacturing and packaging facility in China. A joint venture with one of India’s largest pharmaceutical research companies resulted in first approvals in the United States for several prescription drugs t for over-the-counter use and sales.
As an attorney, his experience in regulatory affairs and corporate governance has helped him contribute to the boards of numerous public and private companies He has also ben a member of several trade organizations including The Consumer Health Products Association and the Council for Responsible Nutrition.

A graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business, Bensussen was a Trustee for the University from 2004 to 2009. As past chairman and longtime member of the USC School of Pharmacy Board of Councilors, Bensussen has provided funding to establish several laboratories at the School. He received the School’s Honorary Alumnus Award in 1999. He served as President of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors for 2005-2006. He has received numerous other honors from the university.

Bensussen consults with companies regarding investment opportunities, corporate strategy, strategic alliances and new product marketing.
